Remove all siding east side above bay window and skirt roof at first floor and replace with cemetious clapboards. Repair those roofs as needed. Repair existing wood clapboards below skirt roof as needed to close openings no longer utilized to match existing. Remove all four windows on that sides ground floor and replace with three new ones aligned to three kitchen windows above reframing that existing wall entirely so that it can meet current insulation code standards but retain existing siding or add to match.

Remove existing skim coat concrete floor to lower 6 inches and replace with solid base of concrete, gravel and vapor barrier and replace existing rubble wall and stud supports with steel columns and beams per plan

Replace three metal/glass garden windows in kitchen with three oreil windows with net increase in building area of 3 square feet. Also replace add and relocate windows in lower level below kitchen on same side of house. Refinish siding below existing skirt roof.
