Zoning use permit was wrongly approved for home occupational use permit to operate a home based art studio in the basement of 33 carolina ln. Swr april 2, 2007 10:12:56 am stuartr ; zoning rescinded previous houp application as art studio, sales, classes and display are all uses by right in cbd. Voided permit per new tenant been in space for over year this permit not for them;sls; building safety comments maximum occupancy may not exceed 49 persons at any time. Temporary hanging/sales of artwork. As part of an open house intended to show the property to potential buyers. Approval is for a one time event. Additional use of the property for art display and sales will require conversion to mercantile/commercial occupancy with appropriate facilities.
