Cip project # cp0096. Construction of a new two-story class a burn building. This structure is a fire training prop-not an occupied building. Fire training exercises will be conducted using class "a" fueled burns. At the end of each day the fire department will extinguish all fires. First floor 2,325 sf, second floor with balconies 2,4 sf. Concrete and cmu construction with thermal lining finishes on walls and ceilings and fire brick floor finish. Masonry walls are 8" thick nominal and concrete walls are 8" thick actual. Special inspections are required, see conditions. Standpipe deferred.
