Contacted applicant explained zoning would not approve use of accessory apartment without floor plans showing gross floor area. Swr march 17, 2005 3:21: pm stuartr zoning permit approval for accessory structure only. No garage apartment plans reviewed or approved. Current udo standards specify the gross floor area of the accessory apartment shall not exceed 5 square feet. Contacted applicant, bryan fore, who indicated he will not construct an accessory apartment at this time.
