4 amp 2 phase service upgrade. Re-wire bldg, 6 new service disconnects, 5 new meter sockets, 6 new sub panels (one for each space). New devices and lighting. As per nec 2008 new fire alram system with 36 smoke detectors, 5 pull stations, 13 horn strobes, strobes, and 1 facp as per nfpa 72

Facade work to include removal of existing awning and security gate; replace window opening with new fixed double doors (non-operable) along the west elevation; remove existing windows and replace with new sliding door and new steel lintel on east elevation; install new windows and doors within existing openings at first, second and third floors as per plan approved by historical commission. Separate permit required for signage.

Remove and replace existing heat and cooling split system no connection at chimney. Furnace, evap coil, condensing units in kind (8 units)

Piping and installation of 3 wc and 3 lavs (commercial)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Interior exterior alterations (no work to front facade) - iebc historic provisions renovations of existing space and uses of furniture gallery showroom storage and additional office space. Interior demo and upgrades to finishes basment through 3rd floor levels, replace upgrade existing precode exit stair new fire rated enclosure,accessibility upgrades, new partitions, structural modifcations to create atrium space and framing, rails, skylights, windows, doors no work to front facade per phc precode use & occupancy no change in occupancy - new co to update records and certify. Additional permits req: electrical, plumbing, hvac, any new signs.
