Install new galvanized steel leaderhead (12" w by 14" h) and 4" downspout on third floor conti street side of chartres facade,install new scupper, galvanized steel leaderhead (12" w by 14" h) and 4" downspout on third floor bienville street side of chartres facade,install two (2) new structural ties at center of second and third floors on chartres elevation, per attached drawing as follows: using 10" steel medalions, insert a 1 2" threaded rod through masonry wall and lapweld to a 1 2"x2" flat steel bar, secured to two existing joists with 1 2"x3" anchor bolts. Return steel bar 3" at degree angle behind the second joist. 1 2" threaded rod to be secured to steel medalion using a 1 2" hex nut with 3" washer, tack welded to rod.
