SCORE 72 For bza review. Construction is for a 1 story addition off the rear of the house that measures 25. 1 feet wide and 16 feet long. The width of the house is 26. 1 feet. The addition includes a vestibule that is 4. 3 feet, similar to the existing vestibule. The addition is planned primarily to provide a bathroom and closets, which currently do not exist on the first floor so that the owner can age in place. Addition provides some additional kitchen space, closets, a bathroom, den, larger entry way, and vestibule. SCORE 72 My existing by 17 foot screen porch and balcony, old one was demolished under permit in 2008, has rotting trim and evidence of water damage to the joists. The repair includes replacing the wood using composite materials for all trim, floor, ceiling, and railings. Screen will be replaced. In addition, the exterior-facing pressure treated beams and joists will be replaced. I also have a permit under review for an addition to the back of the house. I answered no to question in the environmental intake form, do you plan more development that requires permits on any site in this square in the next 3 years, because i do not plan an additional work in the future on my porch/balcony. I am uncertain, though, if square refers to my entire lot, or the area that is being considered for this permit, thus my reason for including this note in this comment box.
