Interior waterproofing 164 linear feet on drain tile

Remove existing gravel-topped asphalt driveway, carpark, and apron. Replace with new pervious stone stepper driveway, carpark, and non-standard apron which has design approval from evelyn israel, project review branch, policy, planning and sustainability administration, ddot, to better preserve the existing historic stone retaining wall flanking apron and to better support stormwater environmental issues on site. Repair existing section of rubblestone retaining wall in kind to match existing.

Revision to permit #b 1700641 to provide new concrete slab footing to exterior wood steps in place of existing slab that was found to be in too poor condition.

Replace existing concrete slab leadwalk in public space with brick paving on concrete slab base. No change in finish grade.

Remove tiles and enough cedar shakes siding to install new copper flashing where both meet, reinstall same tiles and new cedar shake siding.

Replacement of 2 existing exterior metal porch steps, each of 5 uneven risers, with all-wood steps to match style of other existing exterior steps at house.
