Applicant acknowledges that fence is installed in sidewalk area and must be removed, at the property owners sole expense, within 24 hours of notice from the department of transportation. Fence must be % open style as per submitted sample photo. Fence cannot be within two feet of catch basin at corner edge of intersection. Expiration date covers work for installing fence. The fence itself may remain in place, notwithstanding these conditions or other lawful requests for its removal, for the duration of the fence. A new permit and application are required once fence needs replacement.
