De-conversion from existing 2 unit building to single family residence. Remove kitchen on second floor and add laundry closet. Replace all doors and trim and provide new finish flooring throughout. Remove and replace plumbing fixtures in all second floor bathrooms. First floor new kitchen, remove tub, new flooring, trim and doors and provide new interior stairs to existing basement. Lower portion of existing basement floor. Replace support beams and columns in basement. Install new basement windows. Hvac is existing with 2 furnaces, minor duct work revised. (all work per submitted plans).
