Installation of silt and construction fencing. Excavate from grade line down to footer at exterior front side of building in area highlighted in blue on detail exwp-18. After exposing wall, seal holes and cracks that may have formed within foundation wall. Scarify walls to remove any existing waterproofing or loose parging. Installation of parge coat as may be required. Installation of liquid cold-applied waterproofing membrane. Installation of protection course over newly installed waterproof membrane. After membrane has cured, perform water test, preferably with owner or designate representative present.
