Work includes performing 17 geotechnical soil borings to depths of to 25 feet and 6 borehole infiltration tests to depths of 4 to 18 feet in open, grass-covered area for proposed development. Borings will be drilled by maryland-licensed drillers using hollow-stem augers. Auger spoils will be containerized in 55-gallon drums for appropriate disposal. After completion, the boreholes will be abandoned in accordance with d. C. Ddoe requirements.
