Final decision standards 1. Approval for temporary sale of christmas trees from november 23 until december 25, 2006. 2. The christmas tree lot may not block any existing vehicular or pedestrian access. 3. No trailers are permitted. A small camper or shed used as a sales office, approximately 1 square feet or less will be permitted, properly secured at the site. 4. An approved electric permit is required, in addition to sign and fence permits. 5. No banner signs are permitted. 6. Upon termination of the sale, the lot or parcel shall be returned to its original condition. All litter, fences, borders, tie-down materials, and other items associated with the temporary sale shall be promptly removed.
