Excavation

We will remove and replace missing and broken slate. On bottom edge on right side theres a bunch missing and lifted. On left side leak in bathroom may be vent pipe or slate or both. Tar pipe. About slate on chimney remove slate on all sides of chimney at base. Replace step flashing, apron and back pan in 16 ounce copper. Install water & ice shield with new copper. Re-install slate back to roof. Cut into chimney mortar joints on four sides to prep for new lead counter flashing. Clear debris from site. Point chimney if only minor pointing. If extensive, tell bill and he will talk with homeowner to decide how to go forward. Install bronze metal up under slate and over fascia board to close up space on left and right and part of rear bottom edge theres 2-4 slate out on left side vent.
