Zoning permit setbacks yards determined and measured as per recorded plat. Pin # redacted phone number75047 appears to be new. Swr april 5, 2005 2:37:41 pm stuartr ; i have an application for grading for this lot, but all grading was completed under the master permit for the subdivision. No additional grading will take place for this lot, so no grading step will be required. I removed the grading step from the permit. This is the one i left you a message about, chad pierce email.
