The special event is a collaboration between 3 organizations - double edge theatre hyde square task force and charlestown working theater. It is a two evening event on may 28th and may 29th 2016 from 7pm - 9pm. The event is an indoor/outdoor traveling spectacle that plans to process from hstfs base at (the blessed sacrament church centre st jamaica plain) to jamaica pond. Please note that i have placed the curley house address on the "address location" as a central place within the procession route. There are two options for a routes to get there. Option 1 - along centre street and onto perkins street remaining on perkins street and crossing over jamaica way and into the park. Option 2 - along centre street and onto perkins street until it reaches pondview avenue. The procession would turn left onto pondview avenue and then take a right at moraine street where it would cross jamaica way in front of the curley house. The options can be decided upon based on ease of policing and traffic

Tents-fire extinguishers are required in each tent permitted on site.; permit is for fire apparatus access; flame certification is for the tent material only; occupant load approval is required from the inspectional services department. ;

Mass amendments sec. 16. 2. 1. 9 heaters used in the vicinity of tarpaulins canvas or similar coverings shall be located a safe distance from coverings and other combustible materials. The coverings shall be securely fastened to prevent ignition of the covering or upsetting of the heater due to wind ;
