No permit since it was like for like. Now home inspector says there is carbon monoxcide reading. Owner says plumbers fault. Wants him to fix. What is needed to be determined, is if the plumber is at fault because of the change out. Or was this pre-existing? State board can determin if plumber is at fault if it was pre-existing and should he have notified owner of needed repair that he could of fixed for additional fee or another company hired to do repair.
