Clc; received incomplete amendment as applicant supplied hand drawn sketch plan not to any type of scale and no property lines or right-of-way were labeled. According to original zoning permit site plan proposed home location, there appears there is not enough land area to comply with required minimum fifteen foot front setback for proposed front deck. Applicant should clearly identify and mark location of property boundary line / right-of-way line and the distances to the foundation of the new deck construction prior to calling and requesting deck footing inspection.
