Remove and replace non load bearing partitions, including framing as needed, throughout a sfd to create new bedrooms bathroom, ceilings included. Insulate all exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops, tile, carpets, moulding and interior doors. Separate permits required for eletrical, plumbing and hvac. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.
