Issued by ssb.; remodel of existing finished basement - no structural work. The review comments and approved drawing shall be on the jobsite for inspections. Refer to review comments regarding: 1. Minimum ceiling height 2. Emergency egress window in bedroom 3. Attached garage fire separation 4. Basement insulation 5. Combustion air for gas water heater in confined space 6. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines. Setbacks also apply such items as porches, decks, patios, etc.; grading approved for a waiver of grading permit. Waiver is for 2 sf at 29 martindale road for kitchen remodel and addition.
