Install frame construction walls to enclose existing porch area. No change in height or area of porch. No openings windows on walls constructed on property line or within three feet. Walls constructed on property lines to be built as a one hour rated wall, to consist of an exterior sheathing with a 1 2 hour rated exposure to flame, 2x4 studs, and 5 8 type x sheetrock on interior.
