Install 4 ton het pump ac unit with related ductwork for commercial space. All equipment and associated duct work to be contained entirely within tenant space. No communicating ductwork between floors or tenant spaces. Gas fired appliances not to be located in ceiling space where used as a return air plenum. Returns to be ducted.
