The project is interior remodeling and does not involve any structural changes to any load bearing walls. The project consists of three components - i) converting a laundry room (likely formerly a bathroom) back into a bathroom, ii) removing a second set of stairs from the first floor to the second floor and replacing them with storage space (e. G. Bedroom closet on second floor and kitchen cabinet on the first floor), and iii) adding a very small closet to the bedroom on the second floor.
