SCORE 61 The homeowners of the connected row houses 2721, 2717, 2713, and 2709 olive street nw would like to return the road verge in front of their homes to what is the original, paved condition. In doing so, the road verge will match that of their neighbors along substantially all of olive street nw, as well as substantially all of the four sides of the city block on which they are located, i. E., sidewalks along 28th and 27th streets and olive and n streets. The road verge in front of each of the four row houses is 20ft x 4ft for a combined total of 3 sq ft. The homeowners have confirmed though miss utility that there are no electrical lines or pipes that run under the area in question. Nor are there manholes, water access panels, or sewer access areas located in the road verge. A parking information sign is located in the area. Its location is in close proximity to a tree and will not be disturbed by the installed pavers. The existing tree is only about 10-12 years old because it was planted shortly after my house was built in 2001. (it is only about 6 inches in diameter.) the tree was supposed to have been a male ginkgo, was planted by mistake by the nursery hired by the city, and im simply trying to fix the previous mistake. No one knew it was a female (and assume Date: August 1, 2016 Contractor: Joseph GilliganPermit type: Landscaping; replacement tree | Permit status: Issued | Expiration date: September 17, 2016 | Permit id: Pa181528 | |||||
