The homeowners of the connected row houses 2721, 2717, 2713, and 2709 olive street nw would like to return the road verge in front of their homes to what is the original, paved condition. In doing so, the road verge will match that of their neighbors along substantially all of olive street nw, as well as substantially all of the four sides of the city block on which they are located, i. E., sidewalks along 28th and 27th streets and olive and n streets. The road verge in front of each of the four row houses is 20ft x 4ft for a combined total of 3 sq ft. The homeowners have confirmed though miss utility that there are no electrical lines or pipes that run under the area in question. Nor are there manholes, water access panels, or sewer access areas located in the road verge. A parking information sign is located in the area. Its location is in close proximity to a tree and will not be disturbed by the installed pavers.

There is a very young female ginkgo tree directly in front of my house that i simply wish to replace with the exact same tree (i. E., another ginkgo) except in a male version. However, to be very clear, i do not want to participate in the "female ginkgo tree removal policy" program which provides a mechanism for the replacement of a female ginkgo tree with a different type of tree and thus requires the approval of neighbors, etc. I simply wish to replace the existing female with a male ginkgo and i will pay for the cost of both the removal of the existing tree and the cost of planting the replacement tree and i will make all the arrangements. The existing tree is only about 10-12 years old because it was planted shortly after my house was built in 2001.
