Remove and replace (r r) all interior and exterior mep. R r undersized aluminum windows with newly milled, single hung, 36"x72", 6 6 light hdlc compliant windows. R r undersized front and rear exterior doors with hdlc complaint, full height newly milled wood doors. Hdlc requests for consideration: 1.) allow 2 square 36"x36" windows on either side of upstairs addition (n rampart facade) since upstairs ceiling height is 8 which doesnt allow for full-sized windows. See page 3 elevations. 2.) allow the r r of undersized, aluminum downstairs n rampart street facing windows to be increased back to full sized (88") height. 3.) allow the removal of structurally unsound, non-working chimney on top of the front gable.
