This permit: minor demo reqd to remove gable at top of entry tower, and extend walls on 3 sides to create a parapet style tower, install new siding on tower, and , patch, repair, and paint exterior areas of work. Remove existing continuous applied metal mansard patch, repair, and paint exterior areas of work, install new metal awnings, and remove non-structural posts. Replace exiting shingles with metal roof. Remove existing awning mounted light fixtures and install new linear lighting at top of parapet. Install new wallcovering and or paint walls and trim. Install new furniture package (no change in seat count). Existing recessed light fixtures to be replaced (light for light) with fixtures that will be lamped with energy efficient led.
