Spoke with stuart in zoning and he advised how best to do this.; in accordance with udo sec. 7-16-1, uses by right, subject to special requirements, this zoning permit is for approval of a detached garage and new driveway on parcel redacted phone number64099, which appears to be non-conforming lot as it appears to have no frontage on a public maintained road. Applicant described certain right of way via private drive known pb 37 pg 33. As per city of asheville udo sec. 7-17-2, a lot that is only nonconforming due to the fact that it does not comply with access standards can be developed with one single-family residence if some form of legal access is provided the property.
