SCORE 100 Dccr proposes to drill one geotechnical boring (prc-15) located in the green space north of 27 ohio drive nw between the i-66 on-ramps southeast of the kennedy center. The boring will be 6 inches in diameter and feet bgs, drilled by mud rotary methods. Permanent casing will be installed to top of rock and grouted before continued drilling. A monitoring well will be installed in boring prc-15. See idw management plan and attached schematics for additional information. All drilling generated waste will be drummed (solids and liquids). The well shall be covered and protected from surface water drainage and the vertical migration of contaminants and other materials through the well casing and well annulus. The well shall be developed prior to monitoring for water levels. The work will take up to two weeks to complete and will require 24/7 occupancy of the work area as well as extended worked time of 7am-7pm.
