There are three type v-a building portions separated by 2-hour fire walls. Structure is a total of 270/889 square feet which includes: 203 dwelling units in this type v-a section of the structure/ an a-3 amenity space of 998 square feet; an outdoor courtyard of 5083 sq ft assembly space and 8478 sq ft of courtyard landscape space; 248/546 sq ft of r-2 dwelling space; 938 sq ft utility space; and 6/847 sq ft s-2 areas. Structure built using ibc 504. 3 & 510/ special provisions/ requiring stair pressurization. This permit also includes tenant improvement work in the i-a podium below for s-2/ a-3/ b & m areas.

Capstone avalon-block 4 - provide garage/ transformer room/ trash room and public exhaust ventilation. Provide amenity and corridor hvac. Provide stairwell pressurization ventilation. Provide elevator shaft motorized relief dampers. Provide elevator machine room cooling - nine fan coil units/ eight heat pumps/ four heating equipment including ductwork/ two package hvac units/ 26 vent fans. Total of 49 fixtures. Exterior vents and hoods shall be painted to match the roof of the building.

Sfs will install (1) class i combined wet standpipe with floor controls to protect the heated interior of the building. Sfs will install (1) electric fire pump (400gpm @ 65psi) the systems will be installed per nfpa 13 (2010)/ nfpa 14 (2010)/ nfpa (2010) & per the city of redmond.
