The applicant has requested to remove five douglas fir trees on parcel number 0323059156 located in the residential-4 dwelling units per net acre zone (r-4). A protected slope is located near the northeast corner of site (see exhibit 2) however the proposed tree removal will not be located within the identified protected slope. The applicant proposes to remove three of the trees do to root rot and weak/hazardous tree limbs. The applicant stated that the tree limbs are breaking off and falling on the property and street.
