Make safe permit to comply case #607364. Work to include removal of existing exterior front and rear walls and rear projection overhang and replacement of wall overhang in the same size and location. Exterior walls to be replaced with 2x6 wood-stud framing, insulation and stucco finish, openings in wall to be equal to or less than existing openings. Work also includes all repairs detailed in the submitted engineers report. No only joists to be replaced are the floor roof joists of the overhang. Proposed work to decrease construction type to vb. All work to be completed per engineers plan and report. Separate permit required for any other proposed work and certificate of occupancy prior to occupancy of this structure. No other work authorized by this permit.
