I spoke with the applicant and let him know that this would be a requirement of final sign-off (and he was fine with that) but because the dtdr step was an ad-hoc sign-off and there wasnt a zoning review component, it wasnt something i could make a zoning permit-type condition. I put that information into accela as a comment. Please let me know if there is another way i should do that.
