The existing exterior wall along division street is tilted and there is a danger of collapsing. The project proposes the demolition and removal of the exterior wall and replacing it with a new metal frame with a brick layer wall that will be erected on the existing foundation wall. New windows and doors will be installed. New wall will be secured by connecting to existing floors. Existing roof will be properly connected to the new wall.
