Remove existing foundation of a depth of approximately 2 below the current level to accomodate the basement floor height of 84". Remove two colums and install steem shims per engineers plans. Install new larger columns per engineers plans. Lay crushed stone, vapor barrier, pour new 4" slab. All existing walls will be underpinned per engineers plans for full stability. Install french drain system. Remove old electrical and replace throughout, upgrade service. Install two new full bathrooms. Insulate ceilings, rebuild two staircases, increase size of window openings.
