Phased project fee paid 1/5/01; temp service and wiring for entire project. Sb.; building review comments the approved plans with the review checklist and review comments are required to be on the jobsite for use by the field inspector(s). The building permit is required to be posted on the jobsite before an inspection can be made. The "energy compliance worksheet" attached to the approved plans shall be completed, signed, and returned to the building inspector before the insulation inspection can be approved. Discussed with david brigman on 11/14/01 and he says the existing approval is ok.; ok per msd fax ac-3876; contractor not licensed to buid this project per mark case. Disapproved lg; general contractor is licensed as a limited / residential contractor, a building contractor is required for this type of work.; minimum plans not provided for review.
