Appeal against the department of licenses and inspections for the issuance of permit #286844. There was not notice posting of the zoning permits. The permit was erroneously issued by l&i under a g-2 classification. The requested use is not allowable as a matter of right in g-2. The requested use includes garbage and waste refuse reduction, which is specifically prohibited in g-2. The original zoning permit application is misleading. The requested use requires a certificate or variance from the zba.
