See blue prints: "additions and renovations to the myers house." plans include a new bathroom, moving the electric meter, and adding a 2 stage gas furnace w/heatpump (16 seer)-with new duct-work through-out house.; zoning site plan permit application approved for addition to front portion of existing single family home. Applicant should clearly identify and mark location of right side property boundary line and the the distances to the foundation of the new construction prior to calling and requesting building footing inspection. Location: merrimon to murdock.; to request residential inspections call redacted phone number: building comments: refer to the plan review comments attached to the approved drawings for important information or corrections for compliance with the building code. The approved plans and review comments are required to be kept on the jobsite for viewing by the city inspectors. The building permit is required to be posted on the job site at all times during the project. The permit shall be in a weathertight location or container accessible to the city inspectors during their inspections. Note!!! - the inspector will turn down an inspection if the permit, approved plans, and plan review comments are not on the jobsite.
