Wood floor repair replacement acid wash of chimney bricks to clean efflorescence dry wall repair/replacement because of moisture damage baseboard trim replacement at chimney as needed where wood floor is replaced.

Remove old sheet rock ceilings install new sheet rock ceilings in 5 units of a condominium building.

Demolish the existing smokestack to an elevation just below the main roof. Infill the roof with structural framing and patch the epdm roof as required.

Unit ph6: remove the existing engineered flooring install a new glue down engineered flooring. Sand stain and polyurthane the stairtreads(straite and spiral) and all tresholds. Open up a wall between two closets close off the laundry closet and add a doorway. Paint and patch as needed. Remove and reinstall 1 vanity and toilet for the new flooring. Move two outlets and install two light fixtures. Frame and install vineer stone for fireplace by other.
