Fire prevention

During a routine inspection today it was discovered that the premise is undergoing a small remodel. They are updating the bathrooms and a small breakroom/kitchen. The contractor was not on site but the owners stated she felt certain that he obtained permits. In looking through accela i did not see anything on file. I noted on my report of inspection that permits were necessary if not already obtained. Just an fyi. Thanks, tracy a.
