Alteration: interior plumbing of an existing 4-story structure with (4) dwelling units. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004.

For level iii alterations (no change in occupancy) to an existing four-story, four (4) family dwelling. Work to include interior demolition, structural alterations to stairs, interior non-bearing walls, millwork, and finishes. Building shall be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppresion systems. All asbestos to be treated & removed prior to commencement of work.

For the installation of a fire suppression system, in accordance with nfpa 13r, with a two-inch fire service line, and a class i manual wet standpipe system, as per approved plans. All work shall be performed by a fire suppression contractor licensed by the city of philadelphia.

Install new 400amp service and wiring throughout with new switches, outlets, gfci and light fixtures as per 2008 nec (west district) install new fire alarm system with strobes, horns, smokes, detectors, heat detectors and pull stations as per nfpa72

Install 4 hvac units with ductwork (four family dwelling)
