A wall section for the footing and retaining wall design has been provided by david smith, civil engineer. The reinforcing steel in the footing and retaining wall is required to be inspected by the building inspector before the concrete is placed. All necessary forms shall be properly braced and the reinforcing steel tied in place. The minuteman anchors shall be in place with 3" painted washers and nuts in place with #7 bars tied on each side under the washers as specified by the engineer. The engineers drawing must be on the jobsite for the inspector to use for the inspection. The permit also needs to be posted on the jobsite.
