Remove and replace interior non load bearing partitions sheetrock to create new bedrooms and bathrooms, ceilings included. Insulate all exterior walls with r-13 or r-19. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops, tile, carpets, moulding, interior doors. Remove and replace windows, no change in size or height. Seperate permits required for electrical, plumbing and hvac. Applicant agrees to limit construction to comply with ez permit standard dated february, 2007. Deviation from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and the imposition of further penalties.
