Note: this permit addresses the 231 bourbon building (willies chicken shack) only. Permit issued in response to violation #16-05355-vccnop. The rest of the property (227-229 bourbon the beach) being addressed under separate violation case and permit application. To correct violations as per materials stamped vcc approved 04 18 17. Proposal to address all outstanding violations including clean and repair existing gutters, retain existing commercial hood vent, removal of excess wiring, placement of a conduit over used wiring, replace bulbs to fit the fixture size, removal of the neon sign from the door opening, confirmation of operating security cameras, and provide dimensions of the willies chicken shack sign.
