Full sidewalk and or street closure required as reflected on approved site plan and in accordance with section 3306 of the ibc. Separate street closure permit required prior to start of work. Any deviation will require an amended building permit. Adjacent structures to be protected as noted in site safety plan. Safety plan must be on site at all times. See app# 635495 for approved plans.
