Masonry repointing, partial iberville-side wall reassembly, window repair and roof work, per drawings approved by architectural committee 04/26/16 and stamped vcc approved 04/28/16, including:remove all hard mortar and deteriorated soft mortar, repoint entire wall using vcc mortar formula,clean, repair, and restore masonry per vcc design guidelines for masonry,remove deteriorated flashing on alleyway flat roofs, repaint with new liquid-applied flashing.
