To refurbish exterior of building including installing new louvers in penthouse structure for new mechanical equipment to be located within that structure. Other approved work includes but is not limited to: removal of mechanical unit and platform from clinton elevation window repairs to match existing masonry repairs to match existing and utilizing the vcc mortar mix (below) installing new galvanized downspouts notes: applicant to apply to paint downspouts. Removal of iron shutters not approved. Applicant to apply to retain and refurbish the existing shutters.

To repair existing pair of iron shutters on the fourth floor of the clinton elevationto install two new pairs of metal shutters matched to the existing shutters on the fourth floor of the clinton elevationall work as per plans submitted 05/16/16, approved by the architectural committee 05/24/16, and stamped vcc approved 05/25/16. Note: all other work on plans covered under permit 16-11428. All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure

To demolish existing rooftop mechanical penthouse structureto re-construct gable end roof and install new roofing materials to match existing roofto install six (6) new condensing units on the flat roof of the neighboring 214-2 decaturall work as per materials submitted 11 04 16 and stamped vcc approved 11 07 16.

To install a total of eight (8) structural tie backs between the second and third floors with four (4) located on the clinton elevation and four (4) located on the decatur elevation. All work as per architectural committee approval of 09 13 16, materials received 08 31 16, and stamped vcc approved 09 14 16. Note: plates to be galvanized steel and painted to match existing tie backs.

Scaffold erection for repairing any decay and deterioration on the building; repair exterior bricks; repair windows; remove and graffiti and vegetation on exterior of building.
