Demolition: 1. Remove storefront window, sill & frame to its entirety. Prepare area to receive new work. 2. Remove door and frame to its entirety. Prepare area to receive new work. 3. Remove storefront transom and frame to its entirety. Prepare area to receive new work. 4. Remove existing canopy system to its entirety. Prepare area to receive new work. 5. Remove louver grille above canopy to its entirety. Prepare area to receive new work. 6. Remove existing canvas awning, frame to remain. 8. Remove and/or replace existing signboard face. 9. Existing wall wash light fixtures to be removed and replaced, in-kind. Connect to existing circuit and wiring. 10. Remove existing tile below existing storefront glazing. 11. Clean, prep and paint existing security pull down shutter boxes and vertical guardrails. 12. Pressure wash front facade and corner.
