1. We will bring in our own dumpster, and the existing roofing will be torn off down to the wood deck and hauled away. 2. New 7 16 osb will be installed as new wood decking. 3. New cricket will be built and installed behind chimney area. 4. A 6 strip of ice and water protective underlayment will be installed to the wood deck on the eave edges and in the valley. 5. A synthetic roofing felt will be nailed to the wood deck as underlayment. 6. New drip metal will be installed at the roof edges, new metal will have a 12 strip of ice and water protective underlayment installed over the top at the eave edges. 7. New certainteed landmark architectural style asphalt shingles will be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. The new shingles will be fastened with six nail(not staples) per shingle for increased wind resistance. All nails to be galvanized, large-head, roofing nails. 8. Galvanized metal step shingles will be installed where vertical chimney walls intersect the slop
