I discovered a worker inside removing sheetrock on one wall in order to tear out a part of that wall. I informed him that a permit would be needed for that. I gave him till this afternoon to have the owner make contact with the office to start the process to obtain necessary permits, otherwise a swo and fine will be levied. He declined my access to re-entry to ascertain the extent of the demolition,since the owner was not present to give permission, and phone contact was not successful. Jim hayes
