Multi family mixed use buildign with 116 dwelling units an d accessory parking spaces. Project previously approved by permit 1183 (zba calendar #4315). This application makes minor changes, as explained inthe enclosed cover letter.

For the erection of a non-combustible, steel-framed attached structure to include type a & b accessible dwelling units, lower level enclosed parking garage, roof terraces, and vegetated green roof installations per plans approved by historical commission. (see ap#668658 for documentation of special inspectors and foundation plans.) separate permits to be required for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire suppression, and standpipe system installations. Separate permit to be required for occupancy of grd flr commercial space. Separate permit from pa dept of labor & industry reqd for elevator installations.

For the erection of a foundation system to include new auger secant pile installations, pile cap installation, steel framing installations. Secant wall pile installation, shotcrete application, wale shoring installation, secant wall bracing system, and steel framing installation. Separate permits to be required for construction of new structure above grade. Owner takes responsibility for any alterations, modifications, or removal of the foundation systems approved under this plan that may result from the review of the building permit application.
